After successfully completing previous projects for MyLahore that include the flagship restaurant in Bradford, the buzzing restaurant on Wilmslow Road in Manchester and the previous Deli in Leeds, we were asked to help them gain a bigger presence in Leeds.
As principal contractor, we coordinated all the works including large elements of strip out of the former commercial unit – removing floors, spiral stairs, and various structural alterations – to provide a footprint that suited the client’s needs.
The installation was a combination of client direct and nominated supply chain, along with PEC’s expertise as a principal contractor. Whilst we provided all of our trade and manufacturing services, we also coordinated the direct sub-contractors in order to achieve this sizeable project in a very short timescale.
The results speak for themselves with the restaurant receiving rave reviews (not only on the quality of the food)!
