SilentNight Office Fit Out

SilentNight required a complete fit out of their offices in Manchester City Centre.

The fit out included full height metal stud partitioning with sound insulation above, low level partitioning to a printer/paper store area and a tea point for the new office layout. New skirting, electrical installations and decoration provided a finish to match the existing décor.

Plumbing works included the provision of a water supply from the existing kitchen located elsewhere in the property and to install a pump waste to the proposed kitchen. PEC supplied and installed a kitchen sink including monobloc tap, all water and waste and incorporated a water supply to an American Fridge freezer. Radiators were removed and relocated to provide a more efficient heating system.

White board paint with a MDF edge frame was created on an office wall, a new kitchen with wall mounted cupboards and a drawer unit were also installed. PEC supplied and installed venetian blinds to existing large window openings.

A vinyl graphic on a Foamex background has been installed in the office adding colour and branding. The meeting room glazing has a privacy panel affixed adding texture and design, whilst also providing some discretion for it’s occupiers.

The works were carried out to the first floor of the building whilst the adjacent offices and work areas were kept operational throughout the works.

The project was handed over in August 2019 and within a day the client had moved into the space and had their operations up and running instantly.
