P.E.C. were elected as the primary internal contractor for the groups first restaurant and banqueting suite.
With the project been a complete turnkey solution to form the ground floor restaurant, bar and amenities, as well as a first floor banqueting suite.
The works included the M&E design, with installation been completed by our talented electrical team and bespoke joinery manufacturing and fitting.
We also carried out a full kitchen fit-out, and laid ceramic tiling to both the floors and walls, concluding with the decorative finishes.
Whilst externally, general building work was completed, with hard landscaping and front paving to complete the outdoor aesthetic.
P.E.C. liaised on a continual basis with the clients direct contractors so to ensure that our aspect of this project was completed fully to the clients expectations.
