P.E.C. was appointed by Porcelanosa to revamp the Croydon Showroom in a two-phased project.
To minimise disruption, the first phase centred on renovating the back-of house areas, while the second phase focused on the main showroom refurbishment.
The demolition stage involved removing displays, partition walls, false ceilings, wall and floor tiles, along with mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems both inside and outside the building.
The main refurbishment included the installation of stud walls, ceilings, and surface levelling, full M&E works, and the fitting of new doors, frames, and hardware. The project was completed with decorative touches, a striking glazed curtain wall and access door, and the installation of Porcelanosa products.
P.E.C. was honoured to bring the client’s vision to life, delivering a showroom that elevates the aesthetics, functionality and market appeal of this remarkable space.
