P.E.C. were charged with the redevelopment of an existing commercial unit into Colin Appleyard’s brand new car showroom and workshop.
The external works started this project and included the re-roofing and over cladding of the facades, the drainage and ground works.
The tarmacking of the car park and a brand new shopfront completed the external works.
The full strip out of the existing shell, commenced the internal works.
Followed by the installation of a mezzanine floor, the formation of the sales offices, break out areas, kitchenettes & WCs.
The formation of the vehicle workshop which included the MOT pit bays and the installation of roller shutter doors.
The fit out of the new car showroom which included all finishes, full M&E design and installation.
As well as all joinery, plumbing, decorating, flooring and air conditioning works concluded this project.
