In 1977 Balbir founded Panesar Electrical Contractors as a one-man band, operating from a portakabin. Over the years he has played a fundamental role in the advancement of the business.

In his position as P.E.C.’s Chairman Balbir supports the Board of Directors with the company’s principle goals, to be a leading national provider, and the clients first choice.

Outside of work, Balbir enjoys spending time with his family, especially his grandson, Sachin!

Sohan has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry from project management, bespoke manufacturing and running the family business.

In his spare time he enjoys spending quality time with his family & friends, and has been a long standing season ticket holder with his favourite football team, Manchester United.

After starting as an electrical apprentice in the early 90’s, Suki has a wealth of knowledge within the Mechanical & Electrical sector as well as project management. He has helped develop the business and build a strong client base over several years of hard work.

Suki spends his time out of work with his wife and children, as well as his hobbies in collectables and sport.

Steve has a background in both retail and construction, with his strength being in Quantity Surveying and Estimating. His knowledge within the industry is second to none with over 35 years of experience.

Steve likes nothing better than spending time with his family in the countryside, especially the Dales and Lake District.

In 1998 Anthony started a full-time modern apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery. During his apprenticeship he represented Yorkshire in carpentry competitions with contestants competing throughout the U.K. Anthony’s first job consisted of converting an old school into 11 apartments and his career progression has seen him progress from joiner to overseeing projects as a Site Foreman and achieving a NVQ Level 3 in Site Supervision.

Since joining P.E.C., Anthony has progressed through the organisation to his current position of Senior Project Manager, where he has successfully led and delivered multiple projects for high-profile clients

In his spare time Anthony enjoys going to the gym and spending time with his family.

With 13 years’ experience as an Estimator Kirsty began her career as a junior pricing bespoke items for the joinery and manufacturing industry.

Kirsty enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dogs, and exploring with her children and also has a love for horse riding.

Kevin began his life as an electrical apprentice in 1995 and has used his experience over the years to become a Senior Electrician.

As a fully qualified electrician, Kevin also holds the role as a NICEIC qualified supervisor. He has a meticulous approach to his work and ensures that every job is completed to the highest quality every time.

Kevin is a keen sports fan and enjoys going to music gigs in his spare time.

Natalie started her career as a General Office Assistant after completing her A-Levels and since then has progressed to running the company’s Accounts department.

Natalie has a wealth of experience having worked in the construction industry for over 20 years and is AAT qualified.

Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, friends and niece. She loves shopping and attends the weekly pub quiz! Natalie also volunteers as a fosterer for the local cat sanctuary.
