The remit was to refurbish the majority of the Hospital in 8 phases including private patient rooms, offices, corridors and nursing areas to a high level of quality expected by the consultants and private patients while specifying appropriate healthcare industry finishes.
The highest criteria however was to ensure the smooth and safe running of the hospital whilst the extensive works were being carried out, maintaining critical services and ensuring no loss of customer experience.
Works included M&E, site and manufactured joinery, decorations, flooring, fire protection upgrade work and specialist contracting including door security, nurse call systems and medical gases. This London site was extremely tight and required detailed programming of deliveries, waste removal and regular communication with Client management to minimise disruption and noise based issues.
We successfully delivered the project using the same Project Management team and key site based personnel from start to completion. This allowed for great relationships between our team and the client ensuring we captured every detail of their requirements. All works were completed in full, on time and to budget.
