P.E.C. was chosen to undertake a meticulously phased refurbishment project across most of the Bupa Cromwell Hospital following a thorough tender process. This comprehensive initiative included upgrades to patient rooms, office areas, corridors, and nursing facilities.
The goal was to meet the high-quality expectations of consultants and private patients while ensuring the use of appropriate healthcare industry finishes.
The project included M&E installations, both manufactured and on-site joinery, flooring, fire protection upgrades, and specialised contracting such as door security, nurse call systems, and medical gas installations, as well as decoration services.
Our primary focus during this project was to guarantee the seamless and safe functioning of the hospital throughout the extensive renovations. This entailed preserving essential services and upholding the quality of the customer experience.
Additionally, we meticulously coordinated deliveries and waste removal, and maintained consistent communication with client management to minimise disruptions and noise.
P.E.C. successfully completed this project by using consistent Project Management and on-site personnel. This strengthened our relationship with the client and allowed us to thoroughly understand and meet all their requirements.
