P.E.C. were commissioned with the conversation of these redundant offices into luxury living accommodation.
The project included all M&E design and installation and full fit out works.
Externally the P.E.C. team placed a complex fourth storey timber framed extension on the roof of the existing 3-storey building.
Meanwhile internally our joiners fitted brand new kitchens and the plumbers installed the bathrooms in all the units.
The internal works were concluded with painting and decorating throughout and the furnishing of every apartment.
This fantastic project was delivered to the client on time and more importantly on budget. With the added bonus of the external extension providing the client with a further 36 apartments.
