As the principal contractor P.E.C. were responsible for the entire fit-out of the Envirocare Building in Bradford.
With the works incorporating the refurbishment of the upper floor office space, coupled with the ground floor warehouse and laboratories.
As well as the works completed in the open plan office area our team created a segregated private office, and fully refurbished 2 kitchenette areas, one on each of the two floors.
The work to the ground floor warehouse included the addition of partition walls which created two spacious laboratories that were safely concealed away from the warehouse racking.
