The client’s spec was to create a new layout and provide a décor in keeping with the style of the house.

The client’s spec was to create a new layout and provide a décor in keeping with the style of the house.
With the demolition aspect of the project including the removal of an external extension, the concrete floors, external walls, masonry chimney stack and roof to facilitate the new layout.
A glass balustrade was also removed, together with the careful removal of the existing bathroom sanitaryware.
Whilst internally, the works included new timber, carpet and vinyl flooring and the install of new doors, frames and windows. In addition, the property benefited from a new front door.
The completed project yielded outstanding results, with the new layout providing the client with a dining room, gym, playroom, utility room, study, bathrooms - 3 of which were en-suite, 5 bedrooms and a walk-in wardrobe.
