P.E.C. were entrusted to create a first floor extension to complement the existing ground floor restaurant.
The works began with the roof construction, and erection of steelwork as well as the installation of new staircases and curtain walling.

With the associated internal finishes including M&E works and the fit out of the new washroom areas by our team of skilled plumbers.
Whilst our joinery team manufactured and installed custom-built units and handrail features, and floor finishes were completed.
P.E.C. had to work quickly and efficiently, especially in the starter stages of this project, so to minimise the length of time the ground floor restaurant was out of operation.
Once the restaurant was fully operational again our on-site team worked to complete the project in shifts to accommodate the restaurants opening hours, and successfully delivered a remarkable addition to what is already an impressive restaurant.
