As a Principal Contractor for the MyLahore Group P.E.C. were tasked with the co-ordination of all the works to renovate this former commercial unit to a large restaurant, with kitchen facilities, on the ground floor, accompanied by a banqueting suite to the first floor.
The project commenced with the demolition, which included the removal of the existing floor and spiral staircase as well as various other structural alternations that met with the client’s specific footprint.
Once the demolition was completed, we configured a new entrance, followed by the internal fit-out of a new bar, seating booths, featured staircase and waiting area.
Completing the works with the installation of counter and units, a commercial kitchen and washroom flooring.
In addition P.E.C. also provided the full M&E design and installation works.
The results of this refurbishment speaks for itself, with the restaurant receiving rave reviews, and not only for the quality of the food!
