P.E.C. were commissioned with the reconfiguration and refurbishment of an existing girls and boys washroom to a new unisex facility.
In addition, we were also entrusted with the creation of a new open teaching area.

The works for this project included creating new structural openings, surface finishes, joinery and associated building services.
In addition our team of plumbers where charged with tending to the required sanitary ware required for the reconfiguration.
Whilst the works on this project were completed within the school's summer break the P.E.C. on-site team did have to overcome the challenges presented by the schools amenities been in constant use by outside parties.
P.E.C. were pleased to deliver the completed works on budget, and within a 5 week timescale.
