P.E.C. were entrusted on the fit-out and refurbishment of these luxury student apartments situated in one of the towns most iconic buildings.
This project encompassed every aspect of our expertise from mechanical, plumbing and electric to flooring and decorating.
Each apartment was fully furnished by P.E.C. with our joinery team manufacturing and installing bespoke kitchen units and bedroom furniture.
In addition, we manufactured all the fire compartment doors which were installed throughout.
The on-site gym received a full-fit out which included new flooring and decoration, as did all the communal areas.
With the newly refurbished reception area also been transformed to a warm and welcoming space.
