P.E.C.’s proficiency in delivering high-quality workmanship was recently acknowledged when Pharmacy+Health directly approached us during their property acquisition process, having discovered a previous pharmacy fitout completed by P.E.C.
We were commissioned to assist in the delivery of a new concept for Pharmacy+Health’s busiest regional pharmacy in Alwoodley, Leeds.
Throughout the design phase we closely collaborated with our new client, introducing them to our preferred architectural and interior designers. Simultaneously our in-house design team crafted the new appearance for the retail area, reception counter, and back of house dispensary units.
Since the pharmacy had to remain fully operational throughout the renovations, our on-site team worked through the night for the duration of the works. This involved the removal of existing fittings, bulkheads, ceiling, partitions, and flooring.
Subsequently, we constructed new walls to separate the retail and dispensary areas and established three sound-insulated consultation rooms. Followed by the installation of suspended ceilings, flooring and electrical and plumbing.
To complete the works, we manufactured and installed bespoke retail display units featuring LED lighting, a reception desk, units for the dispensary area and consultation rooms as well as the new staff kitchen.
P.E.C. are happy to have successfully delivered this project on schedule and within budget and are proud to announce that work has now commenced on the refurbishment of Pharmacy+Health’s East Park Road in Leeds.
