P.E.C. were tasked with the design, delivery and installation of Q-Park’s new first floor, 700ms Head Office. With the project beginning with their relocation from the Merrion Centre to East Parade in Leeds.
The works included polar partitioning, acoustic ceilings, tiered seating in the boardroom & associated electrical lighting and mechanical to suit the clients requirements in this short programme.
P.E.C.’s goal was to deliver a state of the art office space, uniquely designed to adapt the footprint of the Company’s Car Park layout to an office environment.
With a bespoke vinyl floor design, branded walls, desked positioned in designated parking bays and the manufacturing of bespoke seating.
