P.E.C. were invited to complete the refurbishment of the main office and commercial reception area at the client’s Head Office in Leeds.
The work to reinvigorate the reception area included the manufacture and install of a bespoke corian reception desk which was complemented by matching porcelain tiles.
All of which were completed with general decoration work, and the fitting of heavy duty barrier matting to the entrance way.
In the main office area the works included the disconnection and strip out of all the floor trunking, and the replacement of all LED panels.
Carpets were replaced in various areas, and the kitchen area received new worktops and vinyl flooring.
The main office and meeting rooms were also redecorated in preparation for the clients new incoming tenants.
The P.E.C. teams worked on this project in stages so to ensure the minimum amount of disruption to both the client and their existing tenants.
