P.E.C. proudly uphold a well-established working relationship with Colin Appleyard, rooted in shared values inherent to family-run businesses. In our role as a Principal Contractor, we have completed a varied range of projects with small-scale tasks including repair work to roofing and flooring, stair replacement and electrical inspection reporting.

Conversely, we have also undertaken substantial projects, such as the redevelopment of an existing commercial unit in Bradford into a state-of-the-art car showroom and workshop. This involved a broad spectrum of works, from a complete strip-out to installing a new shopfront, creating new sales offices, break-out areas, kitchenettes, and washrooms. In addition, we set up new MOT bays and installed roller shutter doors in the vehicle workshop, managed all the M&E and air conditioning works, and meticulously completed the project with detailed decoration and finishes.
