Project Update: Pharmacy Plus Health – Trinity Medical Centre, Wakefield

Progress continues at pace on the fit out of the new Pharmacy Plus Health unit located within Trinity Medical Centre, Wakefield. All 1st fix works are now complete, including electrical and mechanical installations, internal partitioning, and initial plumbing. The 2nd fix phase is well underway, with electrical accessories, plumbing fittings, and joinery being installed throughout the space. Decoration works have commenced in parallel to maintain momentum and ensure alignment with the project programme. Our team remains focused on delivering a high-quality finish, on schedule, ready for handover in the coming weeks.

Work is now underway on one of P.E.C.’s latest projects

We are proud to spotlight one of our latest ongoing projects on Stanningley Road in Leeds. The transformation of the former Helen Sykes Fashion site into modern offices and a retail space, commissioned by a private developer. Phase 1, which involved the demolition and removal of internal partitions, finishes, and blockwork, has now been completed. This phase also included the installation of brand-new aluminium windows. Phase 2 is about to commence and will feature a complete internal fit-out along with the addition of a striking new aluminium shopfront. Keep an eye out for further updates!

Latest developments on Porcelanosa in Croydon
